1. Sign up
Join the interest list below. Tell us your level, when you can play, and where you live. We will build divisions so new players and seasoned ones both have a good night.
2. Play weekly
Each week you are seated at a table of four. Hands are scored, points go to the standings, and tables rotate so you meet the whole league.
3. Finals night
The season wraps with a finals social. Top tables play for the title, everyone plays for prizes, and the whole nest celebrates.

League details
Which style of mahjong?
We play American mahjong with the current National Mah Jongg League card. If there is enough interest, we will add a Riichi or Hong Kong division.
How much does it cost?
Season pricing will be announced with the schedule. Joining the interest list is free and does not commit you to anything.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens. Each player can miss two sessions without it counting against them, and we will have substitutes on call.
Where will we play?
Welcoming South Bay spots across Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and Palos Verdes. Venues are confirmed before the season starts.
Can I host a table?
Yes. If you have a set and room for four, mention it in the form and we will reach out. You can also email thedragonsnestmahj@gmail.com.
